It is you against the world right now. But you have the most powerful weapon to win the war, health. Everyone is talking about health care, but no one is teaching you to be healthy. If you are healthy, you won't need to meet your $5,000 deductible, you won't need to see me or your other doctors. Why doesn't anyone talk about self will and empowerment? It's because no one gets paid if you are healthy.

So here's your list to be healthy in St. Charles IL:

• Lean protein like chicken breast twice a day
• Limit or eliminate your intake of refined carbohydrates like bread and pasta
